In a rare incident that happened today, to everyone’s utter amazement and surprise, a ten feet long python suddenly fell out of a tree that grew in a compound. The incident happened in the morning around 8. 30 am at the home of Waikhom Yaiskul at Thoubal Khetri Leikai. Sources said the Python, after falling off from the tree, was seen crawling around the courtyard by the members of the household. People for Animals Manipur, after being informed, came fast at the spot and rescued the snake without delivering any harm to it. The Python is currently being kept at the animal shelter of PFA.
